General Terms and Conditions
Confidentiality:
Any information about a client’s business gained during a project will only be used for the purposes of our work with you.
Copyright:
We acknowledge that any material or intellectual creation made in the course of our work remain the sole property of the client.
Pricing and Payment:
Invoice terms are 14 days net of the invoice date. All invoices are to be paid in full, unless otherwise agreed.
Invoices may be per project or per calendar month as agreed between the parties.
Rescheduling and Cancellation:
Our cancellation rate is $50.00 per hour.
For every hour that is cancelled less than 5 business days in advance our cancellation rate will apply.
General:
Outcomes, deliverables and timeframes are determined by project. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays or cost alterations that result from you not providing access to key staff, information, programs or logins as agreed.
Alterations to scope or outcomes will incur an increase to the agreed hourly rate.
Where our arrangement is an ongoing one, changes to hours worked, scope of works, etc, will require changes to hourly rates and/or cancellation fees for times allocated but not used. These will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to decline projects at our sole discretion and without further correspondence.
Portfolio:
Being able to show potential clients past work is a great way for us to bring in further work.
